What type of events do you cater for?

We supply crockery and décor to small private parties, such as baby showers, children’s parties, teen parties, dinner parties, etc. (usually between 6 and 20 persons).

Do you deliver and collect?

If your order exceeds €50, we can deliver and/or collect your crockery and décor items within Berlin or Potsdam

at a cost of €10 – €20 per trip.

You also have the option of collecting and/or returning your items yourself. 

Do you also provide set-up and decoration at the venue? 

We offer a set-up and decoration service, should you require it. (Starting from €150)

Do you have theme decor?

Yes, we offer decor, props and crockery for some exciting themes like Mad Hatter’s tea party, Flamingo Fiesta, Sassy Sunflowers. We would love some suggestions from you too.

Is it possible to hire 12 cups and saucers that all look the same?

No. The bone china cups and saucers and cake plates have been hunted down over some time and are combined for an eclectic or ‘shabby chic’ look.

How long may I keep my rental items?

You can keep them for 48 hours, unless otherwise arranged.

 Do I have to clean anything before I return it?

No, most of our unique items require special care when cleaning them. Therefore, please don’t wash anything.

We do that for you – at no extra cost.

How do I select and reserve the items I require?

You browse through our photos and decide what you would like to hire. (You can download an order request form and keep it close by).

On the order request form, you enter the quantities of every item that you require. 

We also need your event date to establish if the items will be available.

You can send us an e-mail, with your order request and the date you have in mind.

What happens if I break, damage or lose anything?

A damage deposit of  €50 (or 25% of orders larger than (€200) is required with every rental.

If anything gets damaged or lost, the appropriate amount is deducted from that deposit.

A list of replacement amounts is available on request.

How and when do I pay?

Once we have established that your required items are available we will send you an account.

Your account (rental amount plus damage deposit) is payable by bank transfer (bank details will be supplied).

A rental is confirmed once payment of the booking deposit (50% of the total amount) is received. 

The remaining 50% is payable 21 days before the rental date. “Last minute” rentals (less than 21 days before date required) need to be paid in full.

Once the returned items have been checked, your damage deposit (minus any damage costs if applicable) will be returned to you.
